Kegworth Town Cricket Club Won by 51 runs

Match report Kegworth Town lost the toss and were asked to bat first. Henry Jones and Harry Gilby got KTCC off to a steady start putting on 22 runs for the first wicket. After a couple of quick wickets Josh Gillman and Elliott Turner took on the run charge putting on a stand of 66 runs for the fourth wicket. KTCC ended up with 118 for 4 off 20 overs with Elliott Turner scoring 19 not out.
KTCC took to the field and Harry Clifford took the only wicket in his first over. No further wickets fell but with some very restrictive bowling from Max Lawson, Matthew Holt, Harry Clifford, Harry Gilby, Henry Jones, Elliott Turner and Louis Blundell Shepshed Town were kept to a score of 67.
A good performance from everyone particularly in the hot weather. This meant that the U13Bs were able to notch up their first win of the season.
