Match report Kegworth A travelled to Loughborough Town for there first U15 fixture,With hopes high of a victory. After losing the toss, Loughborough decided to bat first. Will Wade and Tom Williamson shared the new ball both bowling maidens to begin with.Loughborough's 1st wicket was to fall in the 3rd over with Taylor being bowled by Wade.Loughborough then had a solid 2nd wicket partnership of 41 until the introduction of Will Such who struck twice in his first over.Wickets started to fall at regular intervals and good bowling at the end from Harry White 2 for 5 and Mitch Williams 1 for 11 following on from Such's 3 for 6 saw Loughborough bowled out in the 20th over for 88. Kegworth now looked to build upon there good start with the bat with a new opening pair of Davies and Corrie.With the score on 6 Corrie was the 1st to go caught at mid-wicket for 0 in the 4th over.Unfortunately wickets kept falling at regular intervals there after and only some lusting hitting from Tom Williamson who scored 20 getting Kegworth to a score off 67 for 9 after there 20 overs. Altogether a dissapointing batting performance with much room for improvement..
