In 2014, for the first time, the club will be introducing a capping system at both senior and junior levels. This is aimed at rewarding members who have either produced high levels of performance on the field or have given a outstanding contribution in other ways. Caps will be awarded on the following criteria:
Senior Teams
30 1st XI league appearances since our promotion to the Leicestershire Premier Division in 2010
A hundred or a five-for in a 1st XI or 2nd XI league fixture (from 2014 season onwards)
Junior Teams
A fifty or a five-for by an active junior member in any KTCC fixture (from 2014 season onwards)
To mark the start of the new season we will be awarding caps to players who have met the above criteria and hope that this initiative proves to be a success and something everyone in the club will aspire to earn.
