Match report Kegworth travelled to Appleby Magna and batted first. Following some good bowling from the Appleby team Kegworth had struggled to get the runs going and at the end of the innings some of the lads were a little dejected.

It was soon clear that Kegworth had some impressive bowlers and fielders and within first pairing of batters Appleby were down to 188. This continued throughout the innings.

All the boys played superbly and this match report could keep going and going. Man of the match was awarded to Max Lawson who despite a difficult bat came back stronger and bowled and fielded with gusto taking a run out and bowling 2.

Well done Kegworth, you really deserved it.
