Captains for
the forthcoming 2019 season have been confirmed by the Management Committee
following proposals from the Cricket Sub-Committee.
Jordan
Holmes continues to lead the 1st XI in the Leicestershire & Rutland Cricket
League Premier Division.
Sam Fenn takes
charge of the 2nd XI in Division 4 West.
George
Marrable takes charge of the 3rd XI who will again play some of their home
games at Sutton Bonington in Division 9 Central.
On Sundays
we’ll have a few friendly fixtures including an Over 30’s v Under 30’s game on
August Bank Holiday Sunday (25th August).
We’d like
to wish our captains an enjoyable and successful 2019.
Senior Indoor
Nets commence on Wednesday 6th March at the ECB National Performance Centre, Loughborough
University between 8pm and 9pm. Cost for this excellent facility is £5 per
session.
Under 15 players
who are interested in playing Saturday 3rd XI cricket are welcome and
encouraged to come along.
